Freight Forwarder, Air Export, Aerospace

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air export shipments directly from the gateway facility, including booking cargo space, arranging pick‑ups, and coordinating with carriers and airlines.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements.
• Prepare export documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Facilitate customs clearance procedures for export shipments.
• Monitor the movement of export shipments and provide status updates to clients and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, international business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding, air export operations, or international logistics.
• Strong knowledge of air freight operations, international trade regulations, and customs procedures.
• Proficiency in using freight forwarding software and systems (e.g., Cargo Wise, CHAMP Cargo systems).
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
