Join us as an OpEx Specialist in Supply Chain Americas and work with the Ops Excellence leader to establish a roadmap and proper governance to accelerate the optimization of end‑to‑end operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve throughput.

- Lead site‑wide CI (Continuous Improvement) strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to enhance productivity in receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory management.
- Strengthen capabilities across the Supply Chain and Customer Care Org. of Supply Chain Americas.
- Deploy playbooks from the S&N Operating System to drive improvements in key performance indicators.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain the roadmap for CI in supply chain; partner with Supply Chain leaders to deliver on financial and inventory strategic targets.
- Perform root‑cause analysis on recurring defects, mistakes, and errors to identify repeat offenders or process gaps.
- Audit and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all locations to ensure consistency, especially in high‑variability areas.
- Assist in defining and developing regional and site‑specific operational strategy and Ops Excellence plan.
- Develop and monitor KPI dashboards (e.g., cycle time, inventory accuracy, order accuracy) using tools like Power BI.
- Partner with IT to integrate warehouse management systems (WMS) and automation solutions for real‑time visibility, process execution, and labor planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a fast‑paced warehouse or manufacturing environment with leading CI projects.
- Lean Six Sigma or similar certification (required).
- Advanced knowledge of WMS/ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Manhattan) and data analysis tools such as Minitab, SQL, or Excel.
- Strong leadership, excellent communication for coaching frontline teams, and adaptability to a dynamic supply chain landscape.
- Experience in training, coaching, and mentoring front‑line supervisors and managers.
- Solid understanding of continuous improvement, Lean methodologies, DMAIC, Kaizen, PDCA, and A3 problem‑solving.
- Ability to deploy playbooks to support continuous improvement and business transformation.
- Experience identifying and capitalizing on key opportunities that drive financial performance using a data‑driven approach.
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time and work on‑site at a local SC Americas warehouse.
