Responsibilities

The Contractor shall provide supply, logistics management, and accountable inventory support for HT-JCOE J4. The contractor shall attend and complete the DPW Facility Managers Course as provided by the Government, when requested.

Purchase Capability Support:
The Contractor shall provide product purchase capabilities for training and training support activities.

  • Designate a point of contact to provide logistics manager with weekly purchase order status reports.
  • Ensure purchase requests are approved by the Government at the appropriate level based on total cost IAW with HT-JCOE J4 SOP.
  • Process purchase requests and approvals using the designated resource request form IAW HT-JCOE J4 SOP.
  • Reconcile completed purchases IAW HT-JCOE J4 SOP.

Purchase Inventories:
The Contractor shall assist and support property inventories for all course training sites and HT-JCOE facilities.

  • Prepare documentation of equipment for all internal and external stakeholders and ensure documentation is completed at the time of the transaction.
  • Assist with preparation and coordination of property and equipment, and disposition appointments with the local Central Turn-in Point or Tucson Director of Resource Management (DRMO); this includes obtaining equipment technical inspections.
  • All disposition documentation and appointments shall be approved/scheduled by the Government responsible official and performed IAW DRMO SOP.
  • Provide documentation to the HT-JCOE Accountable Inventory Manager for accountability of equipment.
  • Assist with maintaining on hand stock of government‑owned equipment, material management, and supplies for issuance to HT-JCOE elements.

Property and Hand Receipt Support:
The Contractor shall provide property book management support for HT-JCOE J4.

  • Serve as clerk for all property transaction documentation production/filing, end user data management in support of components, equipment, and/or systems issued to authorized personnel.
  • Maintain and prepare accountability records and forward transaction documentation to warehouse personnel for execution.
  • Document and conduct internal quality control verification on equipment in HT-JCOE facilities and offsite locations.
  • Assist with maintaining new equipment introduction report for all new equipment received to assist the Government Accountable Inventory Manager with accounting for new items assigned to HT-JCOE.
  • Provide, collect, load, unload, and place supplies, material, and equipment in designated storage areas, receipt areas, shipping areas, warehouse areas, and deliver equipment and supplies to staff/cadre and students participating in official HT-JCOE training activities.
  • Select and assemble items based on priority, type of material, mode of transportation, destination and type of transaction.
  • Assist the Government Accountable Inventory Manager with inventories, such as sensitive items (optical/crypto equipment), cyclic (10% of all assigned items), command directed (100% inventories is support of change of command).
  • Count materiel items, validate serial numbers, and complete inventory asset lists for the HT-JCOE primary hand receipts.
  • Coordinate with courses and staff personnel for ensuring all change documents are signed and up to date.
  • Inspect equipment and supplies returned to inventory for damages and discrepancies prior to returning to stock and notify the Government-responsible official for corrective action.
  • Reconcile property records with the Government-responsible official and Government Accountable Inventory Manager as required.
  • Brief supply‑related procedures during student and cadre in‑processing and out‑processing.
  • Review comments from Course Surveys to correct training‑related supply deficiencies.
Compensation

$67,000 - $100,000. The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good‑faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and relevant laws.
