As demand for AI and semiconductor innovation accelerates, our Supply Chain organization plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of world-class manufacturing solutions. We are seeking a Supply Planning Analyst to join our Intel Foundry Supply Chain team.
In this role, you will help drive supply planning strategies, optimize manufacturing capacity, and support delivery commitments for cutting-edge semiconductor technologies. You will collaborate across planning, manufacturing, engineering, and business teams to balance supply and demand while supporting Intel Foundry's continued growth.
- Developing and executing supply plans, forecasts, capacity models, and inventory strategies to support customer and business requirements.
- Analyzing supply chain performance and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and execution.
- Conducting scenario planning and evaluating supply-demand tradeoffs to support business decision-making.
- Monitoring inventory health and resolving issues related to inventory levels, timing, and material flow.
- Collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, operations, and supplier partners to ensure seamless supply execution.
- Supporting capacity planning activities to align manufacturing capabilities with customer demand and strategic business objectives.
- Providing quantitative and qualitative analysis to optimize supply-demand balancing within operational constraints.
- Driving issue resolution and recommending solutions to mitigate risks across the supply chain.
- Participating in cross-functional projects that improve planning processes, tools, and business outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field with 3+ years of supply chain experience;
Master's degree in a related field with 2+ years of supply chain experience. - 5+ years of manufacturing or supply chain experience as a Business Analyst.

- Experience in manufacturing, planning, production control, or materials management.
- Experience working in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or complex supply chain environments.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Python, SQL, or related analytics tools.
- Data visualization and business intelligence experience.
