Seeking a Material Logistics Coordinator to join a fast-growing team in the underground construction space. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where you’ll play a key part in keeping critical projects running smoothly. Doing everything from coordinating large-scale material orders (including fiber) to ensuring purchase orders and budgets stay on track. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves staying organized, and isn’t afraid to ask questions.

Day-to-Day:
  • Coordinate and track material orders for large-scale construction projects
  • Manage purchase orders and financial documentation within internal systems
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for tracking and reporting
  • Support logistics between field teams, vendors, and warehouse operations
  • Answer inbound calls and handle day-to-day requests/issues
  • Assist with warehouse coordination (inventory, shipments, materials flow)
  • Review quotes and ensure alignment with project budgets
  • Communicate across teams and time zones to ensure project efficiency
  • Identify issues quickly and proactively work toward solutions
  • Collaborate closely with a tight‑knit, highly communicative team

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (5x a week in person)

Must-Haves:
  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or logistics
  • Construction industry background (underground preferred, open to above-ground)
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
  • Strong communicator (phone, email, and cross‑functional collaboration)
  • Detail-oriented with experience reviewing quotes, budgets, or financials
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365
  • Problem‑solving mindset with ability to adapt in real‑time
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid role (admin‑heavy with some warehouse exposure)
  • Experience working with Oracle Fusion or other purchasing/ERP system experience
Plusses:
  • Power/telecom experience (fiber knowledge is a plus)
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
