- Lead a team of 15+ across 3 global manufacturing sites
- Transform a tactical Procurement and Supplier Management mentality into a Strategic Sustainable Procurement process
- Improve Supplier Performance utilizing actionable Data
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Commitment to Lean Manufacturing principles
- Prior Supply Chain/Procurement manufacturing experience during a period of rapid growth
- A KPI-driven track record of Leadership success
- KPI-driven success in inventory optimization, TCO, and cost-savings
