Process Planner Serves as the primary operations liaison to product managers and product leadership. Owns operational commitments and aligns customer, program, and business objectives within the integrated product team. Integrates cross-functional teams to ensure commitments are realistic, executable, and aligned with factory capability. Balances cost, quality, schedule, and delivery performance. Drives operational readiness and execution throughout the product lifecycle. Connects long-range strategy, transition-to-production planning, and daily operations.

- Lead recovery planning across assigned scope.
- Drive cross-functional issue resolution and risk mitigation.
- Maintain visibility to execution performance.
- Support NPI readiness and manufacturing execution.
- Provide operational inputs to capacity, forecast, and program reviews.
- Provide production plans for product lifecycle gates.
