Logistics Inventory Control

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Logistics Inventory Control II professional to support accurate, efficient inventory operations in our wholesale distribution environment. In this role, you will manage daily inventory transactions, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution using ERP and warehouse management systems. You will partner closely with warehouse, purchasing, and logistics teams, maintain key accuracy metrics, and support audits and process improvements in a fast-paced, performance-driven, and collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily inventory control activities for Arrow's wholesale distribution operations
• Monitor stock levels, reconcile discrepancies, and execute cycle counts
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate system transactions
• Use ERP/WMS tools to track, analyze, and adjust inventory records
• Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and logistics teams to resolve issues
• Maintain inventory accuracy KPIs and support process improvement initiatives
• Investigate root causes of inventory variances and implement corrective actions
• Prepare inventory reports and documentation for audits and management
