Hot Foot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual Procurement & Inventory Coordinator to support purchasing, inventory control, and material management for a growing construction and engineering organization in North Phoenix, AZ.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career procurement or supply chain professional who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
. This position will work closely with the engineering team, suppliers, subcontractors, and warehouse operations to ensure materials are purchased accurately, delivered on time, and properly tracked.

Position: Bilingual Procurement & Inventory Coordinator

Location: North Phoenix, AZ | On-Site

Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Pay Range: $52,000–$65,000/year DOE

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities
  • Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders (POs) using established procedures.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to understand material requirements, quantities, specifications, and required delivery dates.
  • Source materials and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and delivery.
  • Obtain and compare supplier quotations and assist with price negotiation and cost-effective purchasing decisions.
  • Track purchase orders, shipment schedules, backorders, and vendor delivery commitments.
  • Resolve discrepancies involving pricing, quantities, documentation, receiving, or delivery.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, including PO logs, supplier quotations, receiving records, and invoice documentation.
  • Coordinate invoice reconciliation and purchasing documentation with Finance/AP.
  • Create and maintain material master data, including item descriptions, categories, suppliers, specifications, and units.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for receiving, material issues, returns, transfers, and adjustments.
  • Support cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and warehouse organization.
  • Coordinate frequently with engineering, warehouse, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects moving.
  • Support purchasing of construction-related materials, hardware, components, tools, and project supplies.
  • Maintain organized project and procurement documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Assist with additional administrative, purchasing, inventory, and operational responsibilities as business needs change.
Qualifications
  • Mandarin-English bilingual ability required.
  • 1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, inventory management, logistics, or material management preferred.
  • Working knowledge of purchase orders, vendor coordination, inventory control, and material-management processes.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organization and follow-through.
  • Comfortable communicating and coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, engineering teams, and warehouse personnel.
  • Ability to compare pricing, follow up with vendors, and support purchasing negotiations.
  • Experience maintaining material master data, receiving documentation, or inventory records preferred.
  • Semiconductor industry experience is preferred, particularly involving electrical, low-voltage, construction, or technical materials.
  • Construction, engineering, or manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Must be adaptable and comfortable wearing multiple hats within a growing organization.
