** Strategic Sourcing Specialist
** to join their team. As a  
** Strategic Sourcing Specialist** , you will be part of the  
** Global Strategic Sourcing Organization
** supporting  
** Procurement, Supplier Management, Contracts, and Cross-Functional Business Teams** . The ideal candidate will have  
** strong negotiation skills** ,  
** analytical thinking** , and  
** excellent organizational abilities** , which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $43.27/hour

** What's the Job?*
* + Lead commodity management activities and supplier negotiations.

+ Manage RFQ processes, supplier selection activities, and sourcing initiatives.

+ Prepare and maintain NDAs, supplier agreements, amendments, and compliance documentation.

+ Analyze supplier, demand, and sourcing data to support business decisions.

+ Support contract administration, SAP updates, supplier scorecards, and procurement operations.

** What's Needed?*
* + U.S. Citizenship required.

+ Experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and contract administration.

+ Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

+ Experience using SAP, ERP systems, eSourcing tools, and Microsoft Office.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
