** Pay Range**$65,000 - $104,500 annually    Salary offers are based on the candidate's equivalent experience and internal equity with other employees within the same job classification. The position is not eligible for overtime compensation.

** Do you have the highest standards of integrity? In this role, you will be involved with all aspects of procurement, from professional services and construction to supplies, services, and capital equipment purchases. You will manage a team of dedicated professionals. Acting as the Department’s liaison with the Office of Procurement Services, you will coordinate construction, professional services, and intelligent transportation system contracts and ensure the Department of Transportation adheres to the Maricopa County Procurement Code, County policies, and Federal and State regulations.

** We Require
*** Three years of contract management, procurement, or purchasing experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, or a related field
* Postgraduate degrees or professional-level-related experience may substitute for education or experience on a year-for-year basis
** Other Requirements
*** Successful candidates must possess, or have the ability to obtain, a valid Arizona driver's license by the time of hire
* Must possess, or have the ability to obtain, CAPA certification within six months of hire
** We Also Value
*** One year of supervisory experience
* Experience with public sector contracting
* Experience in Construction procurement and contract administration
* Experience managing Job Order Contracts
* Certified Public Purchasing Officer (CPPO) or Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB) certification
