At APS, we're looking for a Material and Services Coordinator who takes pride in supporting the work that powers Arizona every day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a team, values operational excellence, and understands that behind every successful project is strong coordination and service. As a Material and Services Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring construction and maintenance projects have the materials, equipment, and resources needed to be completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
You'll partner with teams across APS and work closely with suppliers, warehouses, contractors, and field personnel to solve problems, remove obstacles, and help deliver reliable energy to the communities we serve.

- High school diploma or GED.
- Working knowledge of construction practices/standards/specifications,
- APS accounting and inventory principles, procedures/systems as well as knowledge of EMAN, MLIS, MAXIMO, Power Plant and MS Office products.
- Must be able to interface and communicate effectively with people.
- Requires a familiarity of the materials and equipment utilized in the assigned functional area.
