PHOENIX PLANT

• Run high-speed converting and packing equipment.
• Control processes from a computer terminal.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Influence and solve business-related problems.
• Maintain accurate records and data.
• Operate essential material handling equipment such as clamp truck, forklift, hand trucks, etc.
• Adhere to safety and quality protocols and guidelines.

We are seeking skilled Technicians to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing technical tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and systems. This role requires detail-oriented individuals with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems.
• Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal machinery performance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as needed.
• Provide technical support and training to other staff members when required.

• Previous experience in a technician role or related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Required to work rotating hours, including evenings and weekends.
• A valid driver’s license may be required depending on the job location.

• 12+ years of age or older.
• Minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed to meet business requirements.
• Punctual and consistent attendance.
• Preferred previous manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Use basic hand and power tools.
• Lift 50 pounds by bending and stooping; climb, stand, and move around on stairs, ladders and platforms; twist, turn and bend.
• Enter confined spaces.
• Stand on concrete floors for extended periods.
• Able to wear required PPE including safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, PAPR (Powered Air-Purifying Respirator).

• Use basic hand and power tools.
• Lift 50 pounds by bending and stooping.
• Climb, stand, and move around on stairs, ladders and platforms; twist, turn and bend.
• Enter confined spaces.
• Stand on concrete floors for an extended period.
• Able to wear proper PPE including safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, and PAPR.

Full time. Technicians work any day of the week, including weekends and nights. Shifts vary from 8 to 12 hours per day with rotating schedules. Overtime may be required.

Starting Pay: $25.26 / hour. Compensation varies depending on location, role, credentials, skill set and level of experience. Total rewards include salary, bonus (if applicable), and benefits.
