Base pay range
: $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr

Are you ready to help shape a member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression? We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. As a Maintenance Custodian Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

Maintaining a positive attitude will ensure customers have a great experience from start to finish.

• SWEEP the facility’s parking lot, restrooms, and floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Respond to spills and operate floor scrubbers to keep surfaces spotless.
• Perform routine maintenance, follow safety procedures, and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Handle and dispose of hazardous materials, adhering to company guidelines.
• Maintain appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies; place orders when inventory is low.
• Ensure compliance with Company Steel Standard guidelines and Environmental Sustainability Program.

Minimum Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a custodial or maintenance role; knowledge of hazardous material handling.

In addition to the base wage, premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, and specific work performed.
