Who We Are

Biltmore Properties Inc is located in Metro Phoenix and has provided property management services since 1976. We are looking to add a team member to support regional managers and the main office.

Your day to day as a Housekeeper

As a Part-Time Housekeeper (29 Hrs per week), your day-to-day expectations include maintaining cleanliness and organization in various properties, ensuring spaces are welcoming and well-kept. You will perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces, paying close attention to areas that require special care. You will also be responsible for restocking supplies, reporting maintenance needs, and ensuring safety protocols are followed diligently.

Effective communication with team members and clients will be important to address any specific requests or concerns. Adopting a flexible approach will help you thrive in this dynamic environment, as you will encounter different properties and varied cleaning challenges daily. Your commitment to quality and professionalism is essential in delivering outstanding service to our clients.
