The Janitor position is responsible for performing all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned areas inside a particular building or multiple client sites. Tasks may vary and require flexibility to meet client specifications.

• Empty and clean waste containers; remove waste paper and garbage
• Empty and clean ash trays, monitor sand urns, and restock sand as needed
• Dust image frames, charts, graphs, and wall hangings
• Damp dust ceiling and air conditioning diffusers, partition grilles, registers, and ventilating louvers
• Vacuum mats and carpeted areas
• Clean office furnishings, fixtures, and flat surfaces
• Clean and buff metal fixtures and hardware
• Clean tile floors and glass furnishings
• Clean entry door glass indoors and outdoors
• Remove stains from vertical surfaces
• Wash, clean, and sterilize water coolers
• Sweep stairways and vacuum carpets
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Minimum of 6 months experience in janitorial work
