• Survey all potential new service accounts and current service equipment.
• Manage key accounts, communicating customer and sales team needs.
• Coordinate route management with the service coordinator.
• Conduct training and meetings with service technicians.
• Maintain equipment (ladder, drill, safety gear) for technicians.
• Coordinate truck maintenance for service operations.
• Implement risk and safety mitigation.
• Perform quality control checks in the field.
• Update work orders if data is incorrect.
• Coordinate with other departments for inventory, scheduling, etc.
• Make initial contact on site and explain daily tasks.
• Install HVAC filters in various air handlers.
• Conduct visual inspections of each unit during service.
• Document deficiencies and forward them to management for customer contact.
• Obtain required paperwork signatures.
• Handle deliveries and pickups as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the team.
• Travel to out‑of‑town services, service quotes, and training sessions.
• Assist with warehouse activities related to service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• HVAC technical certification from an accredited school.
• Experience with hand tools and forklift operation (preferred).
• OSHA 10 or higher certification.
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Surveying skills and safety training.
• High school diploma.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must drive a 16‑ft box truck and have DOT physical clearance.
• Must be able to lift 25+ pounds and climb ladders and stairs.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors; able to stand, sit, or stand for extended periods.
• Basic math skills for percentage calculations and work order verification.
• Effective communication with customers and co‑workers.
• Ability to work in a partially indoor/partially outdoor warehouse environment.
• Understand safety requirements for forklift operation and PPE usage.
