Pauley Construction, LLC – Technician Warehouse

We are seeking qualified candidates for positions in Flagstaff and Prescott Valley to manage inventory and support field crews.

• Prepare orders for shipment according to pick tickets and customer requirements
• Track incoming/outgoing materials used by field crews
• Pick up materials from customers
• Perform general yard/warehouse duties including stocking, cleaning, and ensuring items are stored properly and the yard remains clean and organized
• Conduct field inspections as needed
• Assist with administrative duties such as collecting paperwork and timesheets from local staff, checking for accuracy, and turning over to office admins for final review
• Perform other related laborer duties as assigned

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
• Valid State driver's license (cannot be provisional), with an acceptable driving record
• Able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card
• Must be able to pass a background check and company drug screening
• Experience operating a forklift and pallet jack is preferred

• Must attend and pass all company required training as needed
• May be required to work after hours, on weekends, or be on‑call as work is needed
• Regular and timely attendance is essential

• Warehouse or material handling experience related to organization and inventory of materials
• Any combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates ability to perform the designated job duties and responsibilities of the position

• Reasoning ability to carry out written, oral or drawing instructions and solve problems involving multiple variables
• Mathematical skills including basic algebra and geometry
• Language skills: reading, understanding, writing documents; speaking effectively to customers, vendors, and coworkers
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); general computer knowledge
• Physical & Safety requirements: able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, bend, reach, work outdoors in varying weather, exposure to dust, fumes, chemicals, and machinery; comply with safety protocols

Employee will work in a warehouse setting, performing manual physical tasks and operating equipment. Exposure to typical warehouse hazards such as lifting, dust, chemicals, and machinery.

$18.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience.
