In the dynamic role of Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll provide vibrant leadership, clear direction, and inspiring guidance to your shift employees, ensuring excellence in all maintenance aspects—from utilities and processing to packaging and facilities at the site. You’ll swiftly notify, plan, coordinate, and resolve any challenges that arise, ensuring seamless operations. Your mission is to drive the maintenance strategy to new heights with your shift personnel, innovating, developing, and fueling continuous improvements.
TheImpact You’ll Make
- Shift Management, Leadership and Decision Making:
Provide guidance and direction to the maintenance team, follow management plans, train new or temporary employees, enforce company policies, ensure SOP compliance, handle spare parts logging, monitor preventative maintenance, and advise upper management of concerns. - Monitoring, Preventative Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
Document and report abnormalities, monitor utilities, production, and facilities areas, ensure completion of shift’s assignments, troubleshoot equipment problems with the team, and engage in all areas. - Process Improvements:
Provide input to changes, work with vendors or contractors, collaborate with management to improve reliability and efficiency, and support maintenance department initiatives.
- Prefer a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in a maintenance, technical, or manufacturing leadership role.
- Experience working with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) such as Fix, Hippo, eMaint, Assert Manager, etc.
- Knowledge of maintenance programs such as Reliability‑Centered Maintenance, TPM, or Maintenance Excellence.
- Computer skills: MS Office, especially Excel.
This position has an annual estimated salary of $69,750 – $93,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
