• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Communicate clearly and proficiently
• Interpret and apply technical data
• Ensure work areas are organized and clean
• Demonstrate flexibility in working various shifts

• Airframe & Powerplant license required
• Minimum 3 years of recent GA experience as a certificated A&P
• Experience with Piper aircraft and G1000 is preferred
• Proficient in making airworthiness decisions
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and maintenance software

• Proficiency in using general office equipment
• Comfortable working with various tools and shop equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in different environments
• Commitment to safety protocols and procedures
