Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician Today!

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day facility upkeep with light backup cleaning responsibilities. This role ensures our building, equipment, and grounds remain safe, clean, and fully operational. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a wide range of basic maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on dish disposals, ice machines, soap dispensers, and similar equipment.
• Inspect swamp coolers and identify any leaks or issues requiring repair.
• Break down cardboard boxes and prepare materials for the compactor.
• Replace interior and exterior light bulbs as needed.
• Replace ceiling tiles/panels and make minor facility repairs.
• Operate a blower to maintain clean walkways and outdoor areas.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of exterior grounds.
• Assist with light backup cleaning duties when required.
• Complete additional maintenance or facility-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous facility maintenance, handyman, or janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, ladders, and basic maintenance equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move heavy items as needed for maintenance tasks.

All positions require passing a mandatory pre-employment drug & alcohol screening and background check.

Shift:

M-F, 7am - 4pm
