• Perform maintenance and repairs inside hotel rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house.
• Work outdoors in the pool, spa area, light groundskeeping, irrigation repair, and parking lot lighting.
• Work on ladders or hydraulic lifts, and may be required to access the roof.
• Provide exceptional quality work and services in a timely manner.
• Maintain a pleasant demeanor and work positively with staff and guests.
• Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs and be computer literate for locating supplies and parts online.

• Ability to lift, stand, carry tools and equipment (some outdoor work required).
• Experience managing and maintaining public pool, spa, and equipment.
• Background in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Familiarity with fire suppression systems and panels.
• General maintenance and repair knowledge of HVAC systems, in‑room A/C, etc.
