We're seeking individuals who enjoy physical work outdoors and are dedicated to making a positive impact through their efforts.

Responsibilities include preparation, assembly, loading, and unloading of traffic control equipment for delivery to various jobsites.

• Proper maintenance of equipment
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Organize and maintain warehouse and yard
• Loading and unloading a company vehicle
• Ability to read and understand computer‑generated pick tickets
• General housekeeping

• Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently over a 10‑hour shift
• Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions for the duration of the shift
• Good communication skills
• Able to use simple hand tools

• Typical workweek 50 hours; hours may vary
• Majority of time in the field, outdoors in inclement weather
• Encounters with fumes, dust, moving vehicles and noise
• Employee may lift or carry objects up to 50 pounds; stand for long periods and perform strenuous labor

Hourly pay range $16.00–$16.50 based on experience.
