The Janitor position involves performing all‑purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned areas across client sites, with flexible tasks tailored to client specifications.

• Empty and clean all waste containers; remove waste paper and garbage, damp‑wipe containers.
• Empty and clean all ash trays, monitor sand urn supplies, replace sand as needed.
• Dust image frames, charts, graphs, and wall hangings.
• Damp dust ceiling and air‑condition diffusers, partition grilles, registers, and other ventilating louvers.
• Vacuum all mats and carpeted areas in lobbies and corridors.
• Hand‑dust and clean office furnishings, files, fixtures, paneling, windowsills, and all flat surfaces.
• Wipe clean and buff metal hardware fixtures.
• Appropriately clean and maintain tile floor services.
• Damp wipe and buff glass furnishings.
• Clean entry door glass inside and outside.
• Remove stains from vertical surfaces such as doors, door frames, around light switches, private entry glass, and dividers.
• Wash, clean, and sterilize all water coolers.
• Sweep private stairways and vacuum if carpeted.
• Clean building floors by sweeping and mopping.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, restock supplies.

• Must be able to follow written and oral directions.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a janitorial position.
