Responsibilities:

Responsible for performing general maintenance of buildings and grounds at HOA residential communities, under the direction of the Maintenance Director.

Duties include:

• Perform routine maintenance.
• Ensure completion of work orders using the work order system.
• Perform general maintenance, janitorial, and grounds work.
• Conduct periodic inspections of grounds, common area buildings, and structures.
• General cleaning and upkeep of property.
• Advise supervisor of needed repairs, improvements, and safety issues.
• Trash removal.
• Other work‑related tasks as needed.

Must be available for on‑call duties.

Paradise Valley, AZ. Base pay range: $18.00‑$20.00.
