How You'll Make An Impact

• Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision, ensuring optimum quality and efficient production.
• Carry out service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Execute maintenance work for make‑ready units as directed.
• Apply basic knowledge of repair and replacement of general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain outside landscape, including trash removal and general landscape work.
• Inspect building systems, report deficiencies to supervisor, and adhere to the company’s safety programs.
