- Onsite: daily onsite requirement based on the essential functions of the job
- Remote: not held to onsite requirements, however, leadership can request presence onsite for business reasons including but not limited to staff meetings, one-on-ones, training, and team building

This position is fully onsite, Monday - Friday. This Onsite work opportunity requires residency, and work to be performed, within the State of Arizona.
Purpose of the jobResponsible for maintaining building / facility systems and assisting the Manager, with performing duties to oversee day-to-day activities within the Facilities Department. This role leads daily maintenance execution, supports safe and reliable operation of facilities, provides technical guidance to maintenance staff, coordinates vendors, supports compliance readiness, and helps protect business continuity.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Required Work Experience
- 7 years of experience in commercial building maintenance, facilities operations, or general mechanical repair
- 7 years of experience with electrical installation and maintenance
- 3 years of experience with facilities maintenance staff supervision
2. Required Education
- High-School Diploma or GED
3. Required Licenses
- A valid Arizona driver license with an acceptable driving record
4. Required Certifications
- EPA Universal
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Preferred Work Experience
- 8 years of experience in commercial building maintenance, facilities operations, or general mechanical repair
- 5 years of experience with computerized energy management systems
- 5 years of experience with facilities maintenance staff supervision
2. Preferred Education
- Associate's Degree in general field of study
3. Preferred Licenses
- N/A
4.Preferred Certifications
- Mechanical Systems Certification
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
- Performs complex preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and installations of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and/or HVAC equipment, machinery and controls located in the interior and exterior of buildings. Working under the general direction of the Facilities Manager, monitors building system operations and performance. Has critical, specialized knowledge required at client site.
