Pay: $21.00/hour (Bi-Weekly Pay)

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Schedule

Saturday–Wednesday | 3:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Days Off: Thursday & Friday

Job Summary

LJ's Cleaning Solutions is seeking an experienced Fleet Detailing Supervisor to oversee daily fleet cleaning operations. This hands-on leadership position is responsible for supervising the detailing team, maintaining quality standards, coordinating daily operations, and assisting with cleaning and detailing various types of vehicles as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the fleet detailing team
• Assign daily tasks and monitor employee attendance and break schedules
• Perform quality inspections on completed vehicles
• Clean and detail the interior and exterior of various types of vehicles
• Ensure vehicles are cleaned, disinfected, and ready for service
• Manage daily workflow and labor assignments
• Communicate with clients, management, and team members
• Follow OSHA, PPE, and company safety procedures
• Assist with hands-on fleet detailing as needed

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of fleet detailing experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience preferred
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work the assigned schedule and additional hours as needed
