Field Service Engineer ; Fully Remote

• As a Field Service Support Engineer 2 at Intuitive, you will be responsible for the installation, support, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of all products within your area.
• Your primary focus is to ensure service agreements and warranty obligations are met while exceeding customer expectations.
• This role demands expertise in electro-mechanical systems and exceptional customer service skills.
• Understand and comply with all department and company policies, providing management with quarterly reviews.
• Provide technical support, conduct training, and perform scheduled maintenance activities like inspections and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all Intuitive products, coordinate system installations, and maintain accurate records.

• Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, reside within 30 miles of assigned territory, and work flex shifts as required.
