Overview

Father and Son Masonry is a growing, family-run business seeking a Residential & Commercial Field Project Manager for Structural Masonry & Concrete who can make an immediate impact and thrive within our dynamic, hardworking, and adaptable team.

• Plan, coordinate, and communicate to support field operations without slowing them down.
• Ensure superintendents and crews have what they need to execute projects efficiently and successfully.
• Own project schedules and work closely with superintendents, masonry crews, and concrete teams.
• Identify and remove obstacles to keep projects on track.
• Make proactive decisions, pivot when issues arise, and problem-solve to keep projects moving forward.

• Expertise in masonry and concrete (bonus if there is experience in demo/structural demo).
• Proactive, organized project management skills with the ability to support field operations.
• Strong decision-making, accountability, and ownership of schedules.
• Team player with potential to lead crews in the future.
