Job Description :

Responsibilities:

• Planning & Defining Scope:
  Setting project goals, creating detailed work plans, and defining deliverables.
• Budgeting & Scheduling:
  Establishing budget estimations and managing timelines to meet deadlines.
• Resource Management:
  Allocating resources and managing project teams to ensure maximum performance.
• Risk Mitigation:
  Identifying, managing, and mitigating potential risks or blockers.
• Promotes transparency of issues & risks, sets up and maintains project artifacts.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  Keeping stakeholders informed with reports on progress, problems, and solutions.
• Quality Control:
  Ensuring all project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
• Documentation:
  Overseeing all project documentation and reporting.
• Communication:
  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for stakeholders and team members.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Should be able to adjust to people, culture, policies, and situations.
• Provide the periodical reports and other ad-hoc reports as required.
• Methodologies Used:
  Agile / Waterfall.
• Conflict resolution experience.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools like Service Now, MS Projects.
• Establish and execute project work plans.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience.
• Strong Leadership / Team Building / Decision Making attribute.
• Education:
  
  A Bachelor s degree in a related field.
• Certification:
  Project Management Professional (PMP) certified preferred.
