The Manager, Learning & Development leads the design, delivery, and continual enhancement of learning programs that strengthen our workforce and support our long-term strategy. In this role, you will guide enterprise-wide learning initiatives and ensure training aligns with business needs, organizational values, and evolving skill requirements.

You will work closely with leaders across the company to champion growth, innovation, and career development for employees at every level. As Chair of the APS Learning Council, you will help shape the future of learning at APS and ensure our teams are prepared to power Arizona forward.

• Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of organization-wide learning and development programs.
• Partner with business leaders to align training initiatives with workforce needs and long-term organizational goals.
• Manage and enhance tools, processes, and systems that support company wide learning experiences.
• Lead the APS Learning Council, guiding collaboration, decision-making, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and use insights to enhance learning impact.
• Foster a culture of growth, innovation, and shared success across the organization.
