As our Warehouse Operations Manager, your day begins by touching base with the warehousing team and aligning delivery schedules with the project coordinator and superintendent. You manage and support two direct reports—approving timecards, guiding daily workflows, and stepping in with answers and solutions when needed. Your phone is your power tool, as you confirm purchase order details, coordinate with manufacturers, and track shipment timelines to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

You keep an eagle eye on pricing accuracy, review order acknowledgments, update manufacturer price books, and coordinate with accounting on invoices. Throughout the day, you're problem‑solving—whether it's damaged material claims or routing the driver efficiently for the next delivery. You bring calm to the chaos and lead with a mindset of safety, efficiency, and service.

This is a full‑time position working Monday through Thursday from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday from 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Some on‑call coordination may be required for deliveries, including early mornings, evenings, or occasional off‑hours.
