A confidential defense manufacturer is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety across all inventory and logistics workflows. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage fast-moving production and distribution environments.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, staging, and distributing materials
Lead, train, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff; provide ongoing performance feedback
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, documentation, and discrepancy resolution
Monitor shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient workflows
Maintain OSHA-compliant warehouse environment and enforce safety protocols and PPE usage
Operate and supervise the use of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
Inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity; verify outbound shipments and documentation
Collaborate with purchasing, production, and logistics teams to ensure inventory availability
Implement continuous improvement strategies to increase productivity and reduce inefficiencies
Conduct daily equipment safety checks and uphold 5S organizational standards
Perform spot and scheduled physical inventory audits; assist with annual full inventory
Identify losses, damage, or shortages and develop corrective action plans
Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1+ years of warehouse experience
Active Security Clearance OR Vantage Clear Credential (required)
Proven experience in logistics, warehouse supervision, or manufacturing operations
Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills
Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to interpret inventory data, shipping documents, and workflow reports
Experience enforcing OSHA-based safety rules and equipment operation standards
