We are partnered with a national general contractor with a presence in Phoenix seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial construction projects from early planning through completion. This role is focused on delivering ground-up industrial work, including manufacturing, warehouse, food & beverage, and other industrial facilities, while managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead full project lifecycle for industrial construction assignments in the Phoenix market
  • Manage project financials including budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and contract administration
  • Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, designers, and clients to ensure alignment and execution
  • Oversee procurement, submittals, RFIs, and coordination related to industrial scopes
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and change orders
  • Facilitate client communication, supplier coordination, and stakeholder updates
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contract requirements
  • Maintain project documentation including daily reports, meeting minutes, and close-out records
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial or industrial construction
  • Proven experience leading industrial or heavy construction projects
  • Strong financial and contract management skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and schedules
  • Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency with construction management software preferred
  • Willingness to be onsite and engage with project teams in Phoenix
