• Directing day-to-day execution of large commercial projects.
• Managing schedules, budgets, contracts, and overall performance
• Acting as the senior point of contact for clients and design teams
• Coordinating field leadership, consultants, and subcontractors
• Anticipating challenges and resolving issues before they impact delivery

• 8+ years of experience overseeing commercial construction projects
• Background managing projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
• Strong financial, contractual, and leadership capability
