Position: Mechanical Construction Project Manager
Location: Phoenix, AZ

OverviewWe’re seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial mechanical projects throughout the Phoenix area. This individual will oversee the full project lifecycle — from preconstruction through closeout — ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all phases of mechanical construction projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead and mentor project engineers and field teams to drive performance and maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with clients, general contractors, and design teams to resolve issues and ensure alignment.
- Review design documents, submittals, RFIs, and change orders for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain project cost control, forecasting, and billing accuracy throughout project duration.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, jobsite procedures, and industry standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience managing mechanical construction projects.
- Proven background in commercial or industrial HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (such as Bluebeam, Procore, or MS Project).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
