Job Description

Position Title: Sr Project Manager

Location: 100% remote – MUST SIT IN COLORADO

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM MST to 5:00 PM MST

Status: 4 month contract from 02/23/2026 - 06/30/2026, strong possibility for extension.

Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a related field
• PMP certification
• Proven project management experience

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate project activities
• Ensure deliverables are developed per defined requirements
• Manage project timeline, budget, scope, stakeholder, and resource management
• Implement RIDAC management (risk, issue, decision, action, & change)
• Excellent communication, including weekly status reports, meeting minutes
• Track tasks and action items and ensure follow through
• Vendor and cross-functional team coordination
• Interface, coordinate, and communicate with high level agency stakeholders
• Ownership of all required project artifacts
• Ongoing lessons learned
• Service Now project record management
• Learn and apply C2C project delivery process
• Work with manager and portfolio team to provide project status & health and request support as needed
