The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000 per annually.
* This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.
Manages all fulfillment center and delivery activities to ensure operational excellence, efficiency, and compliance.
ReportingReports to the Regional Manager.
Primary Responsibilities- WMS experience and RF technology proficiency
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Management of Class A and Class B delivery fleet
- Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) management
- Security and Loss Prevention experience
- Property and Asset maintenance oversight
- OSHA and DOT safety training experience
- Strong customer relations skills
- Motivational and accountability leadership skills
- High attention to detail and proactive mindset
- Clear and articulate communication skills
- Supply chain knowledge (demand planning and scheduling)
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Advanced understanding of shipping, receiving, logistics, and inventory control
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in logistics and/or warehouse management
- College-level education may be substituted for up to 2 years of experience
