Senior Project Manager – Mechanical

FPC of Hendersonville is working with a well-established commercial contractor that’s known for delivering complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects across Texas. They manage the full project lifecycle — from design and construction through to service and maintenance — supporting essential environments like healthcare, education, and commercial facilities.

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who enjoys leading teams, building strong client relationships, and taking full ownership of projects from planning through closeout.

Salary: Up to $140K + Bonus

• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they’re completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Review scopes, estimates, and schedules — making sure everything stays aligned as projects evolve.
• Lead planning meetings, manage subcontractors, and handle buyouts to support schedule and budget goals.
• Review cost reports, progress billings, and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide project teams — sharing knowledge and promoting collaboration.
• Visit job sites, monitor progress, and step in to resolve challenges before they become issues.
• Drive process improvements and help shape best practices across projects.

• A degree in Construction Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience leading commercial construction or engineering projects and programs.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on communication, accountability, and results.
• The ability to manage priorities, think ahead, and make sound decisions under pressure.
