JOB TITLE: Project Manager - Electrical Construction (Industrial)
This position manages and directs industrial projects from startup to completion. Understands and adheres to contract documents, including plans, specifications, permits, technical issues, scheduling activities, and estimates. Coordinates project scheduling and communication. Manages data and material resources throughout the life of a project to achieve objectives of scope, cost, time, quality, and participant satisfaction.

Vice-President, Arizona Operations. Ludvik Electric Co., with corporate offices in Lakewood, CO and satellite offices in Phoenix, AZ and Salt Lake City, UT, has completed projects all over the United States and abroad. We are considered one of the top electrical contractors and our success depends on our hardworking, dedicated employees.
- Prepares subcontracts, jobsite labor manual, shop drawings, layout drawings, project budget and schedule of values, as-builts, and O&M manuals.
- Prepares, maintains, and enforces project schedule. Hires, transfers, and dismisses electricians as required to maintain continuity of the workforce.
- Prepares and enforces project strategy document.
- Prepares and negotiates purchase orders.
- Obtains all required permits.
- Prepares and submits monthly billings to client as scheduled.
- Distributes, maintains, and enforces current drawings, specifications, and product data.
- Projects a professional and positive attitude. Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Maintains the ability to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities.
- 5+ years’ experience in electrical construction project management.
- Maintain accurate time and cost reporting and prompt processing of change orders.
- Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and Ludvik Electric Co. standards while maintaining a safe work environment.
- Proactively resolve disputes and manage project cash flow, budgets, and schedules.
- Possess good working knowledge of codes that affect work – NEC, UBC, LSC, NFPA
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 per year
