Overview

Vaco is seeking an experienced Director of Accounting for a growing manufacturing organization located in the Phoenix area.

• Oversee the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across domestic and international entities.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices, enhancing systems, and streamlining processes across accounting and reporting.

• Bachelor s Degree in Accounting or Finance;
  Master’s degree is preferred.
• CPA license is required.
• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 6+ years in a leadership role.
• Public accounting experience and/or experience in a publicly traded company required.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry (highly preferred).
• Salary $175k-$190k plus bonus.
