Foundry Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a CMP Foundry Manager, based in Phoenix, AZ. The CMP Foundry Manager will oversee and manage all operations within the foundry, including CMP and cleans processes, process integration, and coordination of production schedules. The role includes connecting with potential customers, understand their CMP needs and offer valuable solutions tailored to their specific requirements. Moreover, as a team leader the role includes managing teams to achieve goals, improving operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsibilities also encompass collaborating with cross-functional departments, troubleshooting issues and maintaining compliance with safety protocols and ISO
9001 standards.

Ideal Candidates

• Experience in wafer processing management and expertise in supervising CMP foundry operations
• Strong understanding and practical experience in CMP of diverse materials and compounds
• General understanding of Semiconductor Process Integration and how it affects CMP
• In-depth knowledge of material properties and surface-chemical reactions relevant to semiconductor manufacturing
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities in new product development environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with safety protocols and quality assurance practices in CMP
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the semiconductor industry
