POSITION SUMMARY: The Talent Development Program Manager manages and coordinates all aspects of one or more leadership development programs. The incumbent will be responsible for managing participants from identification through program completion, logistical planning and execution of all program components, and ongoing evaluation of program effectiveness.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Leads successful creation, implementation and management of talent development programs & initiatives in alignment with strategic business priorities and goals.
  • Drives consistent program experience throughout multiple locations withing the US.
    Collaborates with business leaders, HR and Learning & Talent Development to manage leadership program participant identification and selection process.
  • Partners with others in Learning and Talent Development to recommend and deliver learning and development design approaches, mediums and evaluation strategies.
  • Conducts periodic status checks to monitor participant progress, identify potential issues with key stakeholders and keeps leaders apprised of participant status.
  • Partners with and guides participants’ immediate supervisors on their employees’ ongoing development within the program.
  • Collaborates with team members as well as cross-functional partners to identify process improvement opportunities; create solutions to address them.
  • Leverages quantitative and qualitative methodologies to make decisions and recommendations to drive improvements across programs.
  • Maintains program materials, processes and guidebooks up to date.
    Ensures data accuracy, program tracking and reporting.
  • Performs other responsibilities and projects as assigned or apparent.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to manage complex program across multiple functions and locations.
  • The ability to accomplish work autonomously; this includes the ability to be a self-starter and utilize a proactive approach to achieve results.
  • Strong planning, organization, delegation, project management and decision-making abilities.
  • Adept in engaging directly with executive-level clients and stakeholders.
  • The ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to influence, drive and provide results through use of data and insights.
  • Demonstrated experience in the design, implementation, and execution of development programs as well as deep experience in partnership with clients/the business.
  • Ability to coach one on one or in small group settings.
    Experience designing programs, processes and experiences in an organization scaling for growth.
  • Experience delivering talent and leadership development strategies and initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with both internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet key business goals within budget and established timelines.
  • Experience in reporting and providing data-driven program insights to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • 4 - 7 years of experience in a role that involved managing complex programs - preferred.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a role that involved managing complex programs.
This person will support programs such as Skillbridge program and MBA Summer Internship Program
