Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Pay: Salary + commission & bonuses
At CAF Management, we know great apartment communities are built on great people. As Property Manager, you’ll lead the day‑to‑day operations of one of our apartment communities—making sure every resident experience is handled with care and every detail of the business runs smoothly.

What You’ll Do- Oversee daily operations of the apartment community
- Lead and support the onsite leasing and maintenance team
- Resolve resident issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor leasing activity and occupancy to meet performance goals
- Use Entrata to manage resident records, leasing, and reporting
- Ensure all leasing and operational processes follow Fair Housing regulations
- Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor work, and curb appeal
- Maintain accurate documentation for leases, inspections, and resident communication
- Partner with corporate and ownership teams to achieve financial and operational targets
Required:
- Prior experience as a Property Manager
- Solid understanding of Fair Housing laws
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independently
- Experience with Entrata or similar property management software
Preferred:
- Experience with Entrata
- Affordable housing experience (a plus, not required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual abilities

This role requires regular movement throughout the property and occasional lifting. Team members must be able to communicate effectively and safely perform the following tasks:
- On your feet: 33% to 100% of the time
- Physical activities (50% to 100%):
- Bend/stoop/squat/kneel (e.g., filing in low cabinets, picking up debris)
- Climb stairs (e.g., accessing upper‑floor apartments)
- Push or pull, stand, and walk (e.g., opening doors, arranging furniture)
- Reach above shoulders (e.g., opening doors, storing supplies, inspecting property)
- Grasp/grip/turn and use finger dexterity (e.g., typing, unlocking doors, handling packages)
- Lifting/Carrying:
- Over 50 lbs:
Rare need (less than 1%) - 10–25 lbs:
Occasional need (1% to 33%) - Under 10 lbs:
Frequent need (33% to 100%)
