Overview
Logan Property Management is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee a Class A, luxury conventional multifamily portfolio across California, Arizona, and Nevada. This role is responsible for the operational, financial, and team performance of approximately 1,500+ units across multiple markets, ensuring each community operates at the highest standard consistent with luxury asset expectations and ownership objectives.
The Regional Manager provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and performance management to onsite teams while partnering closely with the corporate office in San Diego. This individual will drive leasing performance, financial results, operational consistency, and resident experience across the portfolio
