The Accounts Payable Manager oversees the company's accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoice payments while fostering strong vendor relationships. This role includes managing the accounts payable team, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and driving process improvements to boost efficiency.

• Approve and review invoices for payment, ensuring they are verified and reconciled with purchase orders and receiving reports, and address any discrepancies.
• Oversee payment scheduling and execution to vendors via electronic transfers, checks, and ACH.
• Manage cash flow to ensure on-time payments while optimizing reserves.
• Supervise and mentor the accounts payable team, including overseeing training, performance reviews, and career development.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare and present accounts payable reports for management.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to prevent fraud, errors, and promote best practices and automation.
• Ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

• 7+ years of AP experience, 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Excel required, Concur preferred
