This role is a leader in developing and managing staff, business plans, and fiscal budgets. They are responsible for developing and administering the business software consulting practice within the region. They develop and update strategies and guidelines for delivery of business software solutions to firm clients.

• Business Software Services: acts as a strategic thinker and problem solver for the business software team, clearly articulating complex topics, coordinating and resolving business software problems directly with clients, and overseeing technical aspects of development and implementation of solutions.
• Managing Engagements: monitors action plans for multiple projects, delegates assignments based on team strengths, collaborates with the Business Software Services Manager for quality assurance, and proactively seeks opportunities to build relationships through marketing or networking efforts.
• Managing Operations: works with local offices to ensure understanding of new initiatives, consistency, and compatibility with business software delivery capabilities, and develops improvement programs to enhance consulting capabilities and grow services.
• Must have construction experience and Sage Intacct implementation experience.

• 6 years of experience developing and implementing business software technology solutions is required – 8 years preferred.
• Prefer overall experience to include 3 years of supervisory or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field required (education, experience, and training may be considered degree equivalent).
