Regional Controller

What You'll Own
This Regional Controller will oversee accounting operations across multiple business units within a defined region, supporting both day-to-day execution and ongoing integration efforts tied to growth initiatives.
Key areas of focus include:
- Oversight of AP, AR, billing, and revenue processes
- Leading and developing a small accounting team
- Supporting integration of newly acquired entities
- Strengthening internal controls and improving processes
Partnering with operational leadership to drive performance and accountability - Supporting audit and compliance efforts
The Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Experience with in multi-entity, multi-location environments
- Background in public accounting and/or private equity-backed companies is highly valued
- Strong operational accounting foundation with leadership experience
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate with minimal oversight
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
