Teal Energi is partnered with a large, multi-division organization operating in a complex, project-driven environment to identify a senior finance executive who will lead enterprise financial strategy and support large-scale, multi-region operations.

This role sits at the center of the business, working directly with executive leadership to drive financial performance, shape strategic direction, and support scalable growth across diverse programs and business lines. The position offers significant visibility and influence, with responsibility for aligning financial strategy with operational execution in a dynamic and evolving organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across multiple regions and business units
  • Serve as a strategic partner to executive and operational leadership, providing insight into financial performance, profitability, and key business drivers
  • Drive margin improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives at scale
  • Provide financial oversight across large, complex programs and project portfolios, ensuring strong performance and risk management
  • Deliver forward-looking insights to support capital allocation, investment decisions, and long-term growth strategy
  • Support strategic initiatives including geographic expansion, partnerships, and M&A activity, including due diligence and integration efforts
  • Establish and maintain consistent financial reporting, processes, and internal controls across business lines
  • Oversee budgeting, cash flow, liquidity, and working capital performance to ensure strong financial discipline
  • Advise leadership on contract strategy, pricing, financial risk, and operational trade-offs
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance organization, driving accountability, talent development, and succession planning
Ideal Background
  • 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility in complex organizations
  • Proven success supporting large-scale, multi-region or project-based operations
  • Experience leading and developing senior finance teams, including VP-level or equivalent leadership
  • Background in construction, infrastructure, engineering, industrial services, or similar project-driven environments preferred
  • Strong expertise in FP&A, financial modeling, forecasting, and operational analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making and partner cross-functionally to drive business outcomes
  • Experience with M&A, strategic planning, and enterprise risk management is highly valued
  • Strong systems acumen, including ERP environments and financial reporting tools
